VALPOLICELLA DOC CLASSICO SUPERIORE VERJAGO CRU(SUPERVALPOLICELLA)

The name Veriacus indicated the valley of Negrar in the Middle Ages. Verjago is an extraordinary Valpolicella in which the elegance and conviviality which are typical of this wine find their true and most complete expression. It is the result of the Quality Project, a multi-year research project led by Domìni Veneti which focused on the micro-areas of the Negrar valley. Only the best grapes are selected from the hilly vineyards, and after the manual harvest in crates they are left to dry for 40 days in special drying rooms. Then a careful winemaking process is carried out and the wine is left to age in barrels, then in bottles. The result is a Super Valpolicella, noble and captivating.
